Dr Richard Mann is Leaving

10/11/2008

After 18 years as a GP partner, of which 13 have been at New Street Surgery, Dr Richard Mann has recently announced that he is leaving. He is leaving to pursue other interests in Medicine.
He has given the remaining partners plenty of notice and we are currently considering how best to replace him when he goes. He will remain with us at New Street until the end of April 2009. Further announcements will follow.
Patients currently registered with Dr Mann do not need re-register. This will be done automatically when he leaves. Whichever GP you are officially registered with, we consider that you are registered with New Street Surgery and are free to see whichever GP you choose.
Although still 7 months until he leaves, we would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard for all that he has done and achieved at New Street over the years and wish him and his family all the very best for the future.
