It’s that time of year again for flu vaccinations…

If you fall into one of the following categories then you are entitled for a free flu jab, please only book into the clinics if you are entitled to a flu jab.

- Over 65

- Chronic respiratory disease- asthma, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis, Chronic Bronchitis, Emphysema

- Chronic Heart Disease

- Chronic Renal Disease

- Chronic Liver Disease

- Diabetes

- Immunosuppression

- Residential Home patients

- Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s disease. Patients outside of these groups are not eligible for an NHS flu vaccination; however you can receive one from Boots the chemist for a charge of £15.00.

Barcroft Medical Centre are providing vaccines for Wiltshire practice staff only, other occupation risks are not eligible for an NHS vaccine and will therefore need to approach your employer or make private arrangements (e.g. boots)
